Our Goal
Shoreline Heroes is committed to preserving our local beaches through education and action. As two girls who have grown up going to the beach and living at the beach preserving making sure the beaches are healthy is a very important mission of ours. Witnessing first hand how erosion affects beach communities it is our goal to help minimize erosion. Our erosion control projects serve as a shining example of our dedication to the community and natural world.
Shoreline Heroes
Growing up on the coastline, Alanna and Ashtons days were woven with laughter and sandy adventures. Despite growing up on two different beaches their stories were similar. As they matured, their passion for the beach evolved into a mission to protect it. With determination fueled by nostalgia, they embarked on a journey to slow down erosion, using community engagement and their knowledge of native plants. Despite not being sisters by blood, their connection ran deeper than lineage, rooted in a shared love for the sea and a mutual commitment to safeguarding its shores. Together, they became shoreline heroes of the coast, their friendship an enduring testament to the power of shared dreams and shared purpose.
